Ms. Bryant came in with the rolling Chrome Book lab! All students logged into Chromebooks and explored my Weebly Website! Ms. Bryant said my class did better at logging in and following directions than the 4th graders did!
Did you know that the second annual Timber Creek 5k race is coming? Here are links to sign up to race. Registration: https://docs.google.com/a/raypec.org/forms/d/1cVW4Rt6W8UzU7-L6Y4zikV6a4bJdk8FzFJyF8XF1_bY/viewform
If you want to volunteer to help out with the race. Here is the link: Volunteers: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0C4EAAAC22A0FD0-race I know Sarah and I had a great time last year in the 5k! I hope you sign up to walk, run, or volunteer! The class has loved using our Chrome Book. Ms. Bryant will be working with our class on Wednesday to help us get more experience and learn how to use it more efficiently and effectively. I have a few photos to post of students using it.
Parents often ask, "What can I do to help my child at home?" You can always work on basic math facts for fluency, sight words, have your child read, read, read. I was introduced to a new website that offers help for parents. It is called Parent Tool Kit and you might want to check it out. Here is the link: www.parenttoolkit.com
